Yoga is a good way of keeping our mind and body healthy, relaxed and peaceful. It helps in increasing flexibility and muscle strength.
On the occasion of World Yoga day on 21st June 2018, AMIS held a yoga demonstration. The school strongly supports yoga. Students who excel in yoga performed ‘Asanas’ directed by the yoga teacher. The rest of the students followed them along with all the teachers. Everyone did a good two hours of yoga. It was a breathtaking sight to watch the entire school perform the different ‘Asanas’ in yoga. At the end of the demonstration everyone felt refreshed and rejuvenated to take on the challenges of the day.
