Ramzan Eid was celebrated in AMIS on July 5, 2016. The day began with a special assembly, wherein the children presented a skit on Ramadan or Ramzan. Through the skit, the children conveyed to us the importance and true significance of the holy month of Ramzan and of the festival, Eid Ul Fitr, which is celebrated on the last day of Ramzan, all over the world, by offering prayers, wearing new clothes and enjoying feasts with friends and family members. Some children recited the holy Namaz in the way they do on the festival day, in the mosque. The special assembly concluded with a beautiful song by our choir group. Dates were distributed to all children and diyas, to commemorate the occasion.
