Parent’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on July 19th, 2019 at AMIS. Parent’s and grand parent’s participated in huge numbers and staged wonderful performances. They sang melodious songs like the evergreen hit, “these are a few of my favourite things” from the Sound of Music to classical Kannada folk songs , recited inspirational poems, performed a value based skit and grooved to popular as well as classical dance numbers.
All these performances were greeted with huge cheers and applause and had the audience asking for more. It was indeed a memorable day.
