On 26th January 2019, AMIS looked resplendent, decorated in shades of the Tricolour. The festivities commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by Harvinder didi, followed by the rendition of the national anthem.
The anchors of the programme highlighted the significance of the day. Students gave an insight into the evolution of the flag which was enlightening. The cultural events included a patriotic song and dance that enthralled the audience. The flexibility and synchronized movements of the students in the gymnastics display was highly appreciated. The day ended on a sweet note with students savouring the sweets distributed at the end of the programme.
